About the Programme
What Is the SGX Value Unlock Programme?
Launched by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Singapore Exchange (SGX), the Value Unlock Programme helps listed companies strengthen investor communications, sharpen equity narratives, and drive long-term shareholder value. It offers two grants — Equip and Elevate — each addressing a different stage of the IR journey.
Equip Grant
Builds foundational capabilities through subsidised training in investor relations, media communications, corporate strategy, and financial management. Designed for management teams looking to strengthen in-house IR skills.
Elevate Grant
Provides substantial co-funding for professional IR and strategy consultancy. Companies engage approved service providers to refine their equity story, deepen investor engagement, and unlock valuation potential.

Lining Your IR Calendar Effectively
A full-day workshop on how to plan at least one meaningful IR engagement per month with real impact. Covers the full IR framework — equity story construction, stakeholder mapping, AGM planning, SGX disclosure compliance, and media training. Delivered in partnership with The Edge Singapore.

WeR1 crafted a Corporate & Business Update (CBU) that reframed Fu Yu's value proposition to the market. The announcement drew immediate market response. The Business Times described it as the playbook for small-cap companies seeking to revive investor interest.
A 22-year client relationship — WeR1's longest. Our press release on InnoTek's Nvidia contract drove share price from S$0.45 to S$0.75, peaking at S$0.92. We also facilitated institutional investor meetings with Avanda and Lion Global, and conference participation with Daiwa and SGX-DBS.
